Breakfast Rotary welcomes one of their own

On Tuesday, September 7th, The Rockwall Breakfast Rotary Club was delighted to have Billy Self as their morning program speaker. With approximately 50 people in attendance, Billy discussed the significant changes at ProSoap.com, a manufacturer of industrial hand cleaner located in Rockwall.
